Although I could not recreate the problem I was having with my vehicle, Ben listened to my explanation and was able to understand the problem. He communicated with my extended warranty provider to explain the repairs needed and open a claim. He also kept me informed throughout the diagnostic and repair process. He notified me promptly when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Great job!

I thought I would take advantage of your full page newspaper ad for an oil change. One of the added services was a free alignment check up. When my vehicle was ready I asked Ben how was my alignment, he ignored the question and said nothing. He told me to see the cashier so again I asked about the alignment check up. He stated it was not checked, the vehicle would have to be pulled back into the bay and it might take up to a 1/2 hour longer. He said it in a way that made me feel offended, like it was an inconvenience to him. As we both approached the cashier the cashier asked Ben if my service was complete. He told her it was not, that someone would have to pull the vehicle back into a bay again in a manner that felt offensive towards me, made me feel like I was being put down. I ended up waiting over 2 hours for an oil change.
