Service rep consistently lied, wouldn't call back when he said he would and on and in with the blatant disregard for paying customers. Words cannot express our frustration and disappointment of how “Lynn” treated us. Btw, I never give horrible reviews but this was that bad! Had to deal with Doug to get my car repaired.
