Bo was very courteous and knowledgeable. This was my first maintenance follow up and didn’t know that a car wash was included until after it was done. I would have refused if asked, since the vehicle was recently ceramic coated and the surface slightly compromised. A hand wash with ph neutral car soap plus System X refresh spray should solve the issue. Nevertheless, my experience with Bo and Hartford Toyota was excellent.

I appreciated the specialist asking me if I would like my car washed.
I declined since I recently had my car enameled and was told not to wash it for at least two weeks.
Since this enameling of vehicles is becoming more common, you may want to instruct your staff to ask if the car needs to be washed before washing it. So far, we have been very impressed with your service department.

Janice was wonderful but I did not like getting information about the car needing more things done and having to get back in line I would rather of known when they found out that I needed those things done to be talked to and then decide if I was going to stay or go, but to go to the back of the line and start over, just doesn’t seem to make sense
