Carl was great, 5 Stars to him. Was very pleasant, checked me in quickly, called me as soon as my SUV was ready.
The mechanics could do a better job on their check list. They listed a couple items that would soon need attention, Wipers and shocks/struts. I had those recently replaced and were new.
