The overall work was adequately done. Roger kept in touch and was responsive. A good guy. However, I spent $7000 and 10 days of waiting to wind up having to replace a battery, have a tire repaired from nails and the fluids topped off, the same day I picked it up, no notes if any issues on the final report as observance. Also, you usually wash it, it was delivered back to me absolutely filthy on the outside. Not what I would call top service, if you ask me.

El area atención a clientes de autopartes no tiene buen trato a todos sus clientes, a mi no me atendió amable y siento que por no hablar mucho inglés no me quería explicar como comprar una pieza ni donde encontrarla, además una vez solicite un precio y quedo en llamar de regreso y nunca me llamo. En pocas palabras si no hablas un inglés fluido y rápido, no te atiende de buena manera.
