The receiving young man the initially help me get the car at the service department was very helpful. He even jumpstart my friend’s car that came to pick me up. We need more people like him in helping customers get the service they need. I over heard another customer that was there before me and she was complaining because she was there for 3 hours. I was getting ready to jump in my to leave with my car the next day. So not all give the same great service I received. I keep forgetting his name by he have 2 teen age kids and he live in San Pedro. He grew up in Compton. Wow the locals are doing it.??

Service when i arrived was great. However, I had called prior to going and asked if my car battery was still under warranty. The person I spoke with assured me it was, he said it was a 42 month warranty. When I arrived i was told it was only a 30 month warranty so it was no longer under warranty. I don’t appreciate being given false information. I called prior to going for a reason and ended up paying almost $300 I was not expecting to pay.
