I was very displeased with the service at Win Chervolet I was there for six hours my car was not looked at until I complain to the Supervisor, when I bought my 2018 Trax from there the sales person was very attentive to me after they sold the car to me the service was very poor and I will not recommend any of my relatives or friends to get there cars service there.

With . However we are severely disappointed with Chevy on this product, the ac in our Tahoe was not working it took almost 6 hours to determine the location of the issue. We were advised that gm dosent has the part and it is back ordered, so maybe in a month or so our 60k plus vehicle will work correctly, we were not offered a loaner or any other accommodations. Oh and our lease is up next month so had Chevy showed any kind of remorse or customer service we could have just worked a new deal, for another 60/70 thousand dollar vehicle but alas gm once again let’s us down... oh well back to Ford we go, get it together Chevy
