Everything was explained, the car was actually ready before expected! And then they delivered it to my house which was a huge help. Robert was great , friendly and helpful!My husband suffered a stroke in Jan . He is recovering slowly. We were also very happy that Colleen was able to get some discount on the repairs needed. Thank you so much Colleen , you always go above and beyond to provide the best customer service ever????. I always love the wash and vacuum, it was very dirty , and it looked clean when it arrived home. Kudos to the Acura team all around !!
