Maintenance and repairs were not completed prior to pickup. Will have to bring trailer in again so work can be completed. Knew this might happen in advance so not upset just disappointed. Would really appreciate it if you could find the source of the water leak in the shower. It has leaked since purchase.
Workers did not clean up after their work inside my trailer. Would appreciate it if they would do so when we bring it back. Service personnel were nice and helpful. Thank you.

You still have my unit after almost 4 weeks, have been promised calls by the end of the day no less than 5 times and have never recieved one. Ounce we purshased our unit from acworth everything has been horrible. Open roads has had possession of our camper for 3 of the last 12 months, scariest part about its isthe repairs are very minor. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss further if you wish. At this point I just want my camper back so I can take it to a competent company.

Elizabeth has been great so far, but we are not done and very unhappy about the continuing problems with our new camper. We have been camping at Navarre Beach since Saturday. As soon as we set up we found out the slide wouldn’t not roll out. It is jammed. We also found out the first time we went to shower the hot water heater stopped working. It turned on and heated up once and then quit working. The thermal coupler is bad for the second time.

Electric cord was lost or stolen. Unit wasn’t repair for weeks. Warranty approval was delayed beyond reasonable. Last of the repair wasn’t completed for two additional months. There was lack of communication although the process. It is unlikely that we will ever buy again fro you or have any service work done.
