I brought my car for a few diagnostic tests to understand some of the issues I was having. Unfortunately, the technicians or mechanics taking care of my car were not very careful. They broke the driver door's interior handle. They removed a piece underneath the glove box but did not put it back properly. My time is valuable. The only reason I brought my car to a Toyota dealer, rather than a third party mechanic, was because I expected better care and more professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I will never service my car at Elmore Toyota.

Melissa was great, she did everything right and was very pleasant to talk with. My complaint comes from the fact that not all the services that I was told would be done were performed. When I got back in the truck, the light on the dashboard indicating low tire pressure was on. I was under the impression that my tires would be filled (because I was told they would be). So, if this action wasn’t performed, what else am I being told you’re doing, but actually not doing?
I waited over 5 hours for my truck to be ready, and you didn’t even fill the tires with air.
Again, Melissa was great, but the service department was under preforming this time.
