Honestly, I live about 30 minutes away from central ford and Santa Monica Ford is closer to me but because of Luis's customer service I rather travel and know that I am getting honest work. To be completely transparent if Luis is not helping me I rather not get help. I am just extremely comfortable with his transparency and honesty. I personally believe he needs a raise because he goes above and beyond to help and find answers.

Rene’s service regarding my vehicle was awesome, he would always answer my phone calls, I never felt like I was getting avoid. The only thing i didn’t like was that the parts department was giving me different dates regarding the dates that the part was going to arrive and nothing, it got to a point that I had to call Ford to make a claim and try to get my part expited. After all everything was perfect.
