Service was just fine. The quality of the Motorcraft wiper blades is terrible. Two sets of blades were defective leading to a credit and buying blades elsewhere.

Oil change was performed, I later checked oil dipstick and oil level was at 2/3 level. I did this in morning before car was started and on level ground.
Asked if air can be added to tires, reply was yes, was not performed.
