Jace and the entire service team were outstanding, professional and very attentive. I always remember Volvo for the customer service throughout the years from my father having one, was a big part of me buying one, and I'm happy to say Jace and the team were up to par of the high standards that I habe come to expect. 10/10.

Juan was very accommodating and I scheduled another service in 2 weeks. I was told an hour of service by a female when I called as I needed a car loaner...told wouldn't need one as only an hour. I left over 2.5 hours later. Had errands to run and was significantly late. Only had the 30k mile check up.

I made an appointment for my vehicle at 9:30 am. It was never brought into the shop until after 12 pm to be evaluated. All I ended up needing was a battery. I never left until 2 pm. That seems to be an exorbitant amount of time. I wondered why I even made the appointment if my vehicle was not even evaluated for over 2 hours. This has never happened before when I have had service there. I hope it will not happen again.
