I called unsure of what was wrong with my car and Nick gave me the option to drop my car off to have it looked at next day so that I didn’t have to wait too long. He was very transparent about the cost upfront and stuck to his word. I don’t feel like he tried to up-sell anything that wasn’t necessary. He called with updates and allowed me to add on an oil change last minute since my car was already there. I feel like my car was in great hands with Nick at Mazzei Chevrolet!

From the 1st day he explained the process throughly and he kept in touch with me daily. After my truck was repaired he showed me the part that had been replaced and all the detailed information.
