When I arrived he came up and asked me what I was there for and I said a 30k mile service - he left and did not come back. Cars were being tagged in back of me and on the side of me - roughly 10.
I got out of my car and went to find him. I asked him why is everyone getting served except me and he said in a snarky tone; everyone comes for different reason and then he said follow me to my office. Once in the office he said you had a 7:00 appt which I did and by the time I reached you guys it was 8:30, but you all made me pay for it. My car was not ready until after 11:30am. Over 3 hours later.
Honestly, Carson Toyota has the worst service of any dealership that I’ve had the pleasure of visiting! I only come back because your close to my home, but soon distance will not make me return.

Had new tires put on my highlander, was told 2-2 1/2 hours but took 4 hours! What is the point of appointment if wait time is 2 hours. Crazy that I sat there 4 hours for tires, to top that off I see a group of about 10 tech’s going to a meeting or training for about half an hour then another group goes. This should not be on customers time.
