I noticed that every car picked up was nice and washed except mine. And i actually asked Jimmy if toyota were still washing cars as complentary and he said no. It's just a good gesture from the Corp to have nice advisers going the extra mile for the client..that was a huge minus on his representation not to offer a car wash .it's always a next time but I felt out of place being left out big time.

My experience today with Adriana was pleasant. I told her what the problem of my car and she have it checked and didn’t take long to figure what the problem was. She notify me right away and I was out of there in no time. It’s hard to find an advisor that you can trust and feel confident that they know what’s wrong and not just guessing. I feel at ease with her telling me what’s wrong and what needs to be done. She left before and I hope that she never leave again ????

Best service I’ve experienced at a Toyota service center, this one is further from home but I was tired of my local ones and I had to try somewhere different. So glad I did because I will be taking the drive to get serviced by him again. Explained exactly what was needed and what was not. I felt he was being honest and completely respected me as a customer. First time I have not felt ripped off. Battery was out of warranty even though label on battery clearly stated 84 months. They said I would get a text message saying my car is ready and I never received a message saying it was ready and the lady at the desk didn’t seem to care much and I never heard my name saying my car was ready. she was only calling names one time, not multiple times to make sure people heard their name. Maybe there should be a speaker system just in case you can’t hear your name being called.
