We have worked with Bryan before and he has always been great. However, when we got our car home it was making a noise we haven’t heard before. Toyota is closed tomorrow and we have to leave on a road trip Monday. Given the noise the vehicle is making I am not sure we can use the car, so we have to try to bring it in as early as possible Monday to have it looked at. A bummer!

Jim asked me where the wheel lock was because they were going to rotate my tires, i told him under the seat. My receipt said "rotated tires" but the technicians never performed it. I know they didn't change it because the tire pressure remained the same. The rear left was always 4-5 psi lower than the other 3. And it was still in the same spot. If technicians didn't perform it, then don't write it down. It's falsifying.

I was satisfied with today service. Nevertheless a had an appointment last week for the same service (recall) and when I get to the dealer, they toll me they didn’t have my part, even when I got a call the day before to confirm.
Today I was expecting a least a car wash to compensate but my car was as dirty as it get in.
