I was told it would be ready around 130-2 I called at 2:10 and didn’t even get to speak to my technician I spoke to an operator who then told me it would be ready in 30 to 1 hour and I got a call at 3:40 that it was ready. It was a inconvenience to me especially when the appointment was for a recall and the companies behalf. I wish the communication would have been better.

Ronald was great at answering all my questions and I have no problem with his customer service. However I now need to make sure to check to inspect the vehicle before leaving. I noticed that one of the hubcaps on the car was missing a few hours after. I came straight home after the service and only noticed when I was getting ready to go to the store. It was either not installed on or it wasn’t secured and fell off. I’ve never had a problem until today.
