Advisor walked into his office before I got out of the car instead of escorting me along with him, he seemed bothered that I asked that he note down that my seats are in perfect condition and I expected them to be once my car was finished with the recall service. I had the car detailed the day before and expected them to place paper covers on my floor mats, apparently they did not since there were dirt shoe prints on them and grease stain on the inside door panel along with some scuff marks to my paint. I am Not pleased with the lack of care to my vehicle.

I feel uncomfortable on asking me if I put something on the seat belt with the piece of coin that why the seat belt is not working. I feel I was accuse on breaking the seat belt. This is unprofessional. Also i was told not to call him if I have any question and he will call me when done. The is very offense remark coming from his mouth. I fell not coming back to service my car in Carson Toyota.

At first the advisor wasn’t very friendly , I don’t know if he was having a bad day or got mad because I showed him a coupon that I had. After that I was told that I have to wait for two hours and after 2 hours and 40 minutes, when I asked how much longer it would take, he asked me where I took the car to get the last service. I told him here (Carson Toyota), I imagine that you guys keep the record, and then he told me it would take at least 20 more minutes. Now I’m not sure if you guys are doing a good job because it’s hard to believe that after 2 hours of waiting the people working have done absolutely nothing. Then asked to wait for the service to be done in 20 minutes is just hard to believe. In 2019 the people working did the service and did a banged up job that I ended up having to take it back to the dealership to fix. I would recommend hiring people who actually care about their job.

Had to go back 3 times for them to fix the alignment correctly. They have the car back to me knowing that the car still had problems with the alignment.
