Didn’t understand reason why I could not apply service discount. The adviser explained it’s because it’s a Lexus and requires more oil. One of the worst excuses ever. I will likely take my business elsewhere based on principle and that weak response. Nothing against the adviser just not very knowledgeable in my opinion.
