You have lost your way. This poor experience wasn’t all Susan fault the management was complicit. Rather than slicing problems and making sure we were fully satisfied, they made excuses about policy. It’s broken if you actually care about delivering excellent service you need to train your staff that their is only one rule make sure the customer is extremely happy.

Because I brought my car in under warranty and the company that I have the one you went for my automobile said that the oxygen sensor will be covered and this so-called technician said that rodents eat through it and that's completely fine so I'm going to go to see a parts expert and then I'm going to small claims court to get my money back because it's not right this is the second time Carson Toyota have done things and I would never come back to service my car with Carson Toyota again
