El advisor que me atendió se le notaba actitud, y muy cortante, por otra parte nos quedaban 2 servicios más del plan y anteriormente nos habían dicho que aunque ya estaba por vencer los 2 años del plan nos iban a tomar aunque sea un servicio mas por ser unos valiosos y loyalty clientes, sin embattled esta vez que fui me dijeron que eso no era posible y pues perdí esos 2 servicios, y renové otros 5 servicios más.
