Mr Gibbs was courteous and helpful in handling my daughter’s 22 Corolla hybrid’s battery problem on the telephone with me. My daughter, however, was not advised when her car was done or had been paid for. She had to call me (I live in NC not Philadelphia) to know if she needed to pick up her car or it was still unfinished. I had been informed that my daughter would be informed when the car was ready. Obviously there was confusion about who needed to be contacted … I realize the situation was a bit complicated. Thx

I suppose all the work I was charged for was done. I have no way to verify. The only confusing thing was that initially I was given a bill of $822.19. But finally only around $600 was charged. Why was a wrong estimate made ?
