Our son medically fragile toddler had surgery on Tuesday, and during that surgery our van broke down in the hospital parking lot, more than two hours away from our home. Our roadside assistance was no help at all. We called you hoping that you’d have a solution for us, and you came through, connecting us with a tow company, paying for transportation for my husband from the hospital, and giving us a free rental. You fixed several problems with our van in a very timely manner, and for a reasonable price. Having a child with a congenital syndrome can be really hard. This was our son’s eighth surgery, and even though we are used to hospitals by now, the whole process is still very stressful. This situation with our van could easily have been a nightmare, but because of you, it wasn’t. You were kind and professional, and went above and beyond for us. Thank you. Thanks especially to Matt who coordinated the diagnostics and repairs, and Lisa who answered the phone when we were desperately looking for help, and provided calm in the midst of our little crisis.
