I was unsure where to go when I picked up the vehicle. Went into the door by the service bays and I no one was visible. Walked by an office and then he took me to the cashier. She was on her cell phone with a personal phone call. I had to wait a few minutes. She them took may payment and gave me my paperwork. She told me my truck was right outside. I was a little confused. No one went over how to use the remote starter installed or about the ceramic coating and any precautions needed. Just very cold and not what I expected form my previous encounters with the sales department.
