Jim was great but I do have one comment. When I made the appointment for my vehicle there was a notice that if you selected a time slot after 1:00 pm there would be a 10% discount on your total. When I went to check out I asked the cashier if my total included the discount and she had to call back to have Jim to re-do my invoice with the happy hour discount. Since this is your advertised offer, the discount should be automatically applied, seems quite dishonest. I would have been charged an extra $30 had I not asked.

The wait was exceptionally long. My appointment was for 7:30 AM, and yet your text don’t get there until 8 o’clock. That means I sit for 30 minutes while my car is just sitting there and not being serviced. That’s a real waste of my time, and I am your customer. Lynnwood was fine there was nothing he could do about this, but I find this unacceptable.I was there for an hour and a half to get an oil change.
