Bethany is friendly, helpful. Understood what was going on with my daughter's CRV, told me what the plans were, called to let me know what was going on and when they excepted to have finish. Everything seems to be working good, when I dropped off at my daughter's work.

Still waiting for a headlight replacement for my accord. Was told it was being ordered a month+ ago. Now my car is due for inspection and I was told that LED strip in the headlight not working would fail inspection.
Called today. Was connected with service. Told them the issue. They sent me over to Parts. Was on hold for 10-15 mins. Was told service would have to give me a call about it.
Just trying to get scheduled for the free replacement and my inspection ASAP.
