Although I am not happy with the vehicle’s many issues since I purchased it from Priority Hampton Honda, I am pleased with the professional service team. Jeff was extremely helpful and reassuring that he would do what he could to make it right and he did. I appreciate the service team, they have a difficult job, but they do the job very well.

The vehicle service was great. However, in discussing the upcoming needed service, my info showing that my van had the spark plugs replaced was missing from my records. The spark plugs were replaced during my last visit in July 2020. Also, the info showing when the timing belt was replaced in 2016 could not be found. I found my records after returning home and plan to call the service department tomorrow to have this info added. I do wonder what other info may be missing though. Any thoughts?? Thank you so much!
