My car was inspected prior to the inspection expiring upon recommendation and it failed because of a supposed broke bolt but no one could show me the broken bolt. I was told that I had to pay $99 to take the seat apart for a diagnostic. I accepted the rejection sticker and went home only to look under my seat and find a bolt that had come out of the seat frame and it was not broken. My husband and I put it back in and the seat is now secure. FREE OF CHARGE!
