I called on Thursday and supposedly reserved 4 tires to be installed during my appointment to get a state inspection and oil change. I waited for 5 hours because the dealer only had 3 tires and had to go get the 4th from somewhere else. My appointment was at 10:15am and was told at 1:00 pm that they were doing the alignment. Then about an hour later I was told that they didn’t have the 4th tire and they were waiting for someone to return with it. I did not get out of the dealer until after 3:00 pm.

The service team member forgot to get me a quote for a door actuator and then told me by have a great day after I asked him if he had gotten the estimate. He said sorry I forgot and left. Then my oil life button wasn’t reset which wasn’t a big deal. I understand if their is understaffing cause it is everywhere. Just didn’t feel that I got the same service that I always do here. Also some items were marked if concern like the transmission fluid and nothing was mentioned. I will be back. I understand just was trying to have the drivers side door actuator replaced and now I will call back to get a quote.
