Mr. comey went the extra step to fit me in for service. I made an appointment, I thought, but it didn’t show up, he went a step further and made sure my request was made.

When I first brought in my vehicle it took 2 hours to say a clip needed to be replaced. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks for it to come and I would be notified when it arrived. 10 weeks later I call parts to find why the delay. I was never notified that the part arrived the day after it was ordered on the 6 Dec 21.

Almost completely. Had a TPMS light on and it is still lit. May be misunderstanding by me, but I thought the tire rotation service would include the pressure check as well. On the print-out the rotation numbers are there, but not the pressure amounts.

Michael was great to work with. I was ignored by a different team member as I stood in line waiting to be assisted. I honestly felt overlooked because of my race. Thankfully Michael came and kept me calm and redirected by assisting me. He even walked me to the counter to pay. No one has done that before with me.
