Mr. Knox was very professional and prompt; he listened intently to my concerns and kept me informed about the vehicle and the developments throughout the servicing. I wish I had the pleasure of his attention the first time I brought the car in for the same problem. I’ve literally tried to have someone take a look at the ignition for years, but was told it was essentially every other electric component causing my problem. Mr. Knox was the only one to identify the issue and have a resolution for it. I’m very thankful for his work ethic.
