You all were over booked today. My oil change took almost 3 hours so when the tech told me what additional services I need I couldn't get them done because it had already taken 3 hours out of my day just for an oil change. The other services might've taken 5 hours. Y'all lost out on $1100 today

I had no issues with staff. Everyone was friendly and kind but it was obvious today was very short staffed day. The process, could be better I think. I spent a total of 5h at the dealership today with my 7yo daughter. First 3h, we waited with no communication as to what is happening or what is needed to be done to the vehicle. We walked to the bay to check on the process and sure enough I just needed to say yes to the needed maintenance/ repair. After two more hours, we finally were able to leave. I feel like, someone from the shop could have called (though we waited in the facility) to see if I wanted the work to be done or not. I’m very grateful my vehicle was repaired and I can keep driving it peacefully. The wait, though, was rough.
