Elysia and the rest of the staff at Priority Honda did a GREAT job and insured that I will return for more service. Elysia made sure that I was aware of what it took to maintain my warranty and she recommended additional service that she thought it needed. After I accepted she came back to me and said she spoke to the mechanic and she misunderstood the situation and that I did not need the service. It’s rare to find this type of honesty in the world. People typically distrust car dealers and maintenance shops but today you earned my trust. When I paid my bill I complimented Elysia and the lady taking my payment commented that Elysia does a great job and is very well liked. Ironically, today I am writing this as I sit in another dealership getting another brand vehicle serviced. It’s like night and day from Priority to this other place. Priority people seem happy, seem to enjoy what they do and seem to take care of the customer. Great job!

The help was amazing! However my tire is still leaking almost 10 psi per day and the team couldn’t find any issues after checking three times. There’s still something wrong and I’ll have to bring it in again. Everything else and other car issues they were very helpful and fixed things correctly and gracious with us while we debated on a large financial door fix.
