I had to pay 45.00 to remove stickers from my car in order to pass inspection when I asked if I can hold off they informed me the old inspection sticker was removed also I paid for a tire rotation that wasn't done my 2 tires that have marks on them are still in the same spot so I was basically robbed of my money.. very poor shady way to do business

The experience started off awesome. Then all of a sudden everything changed all information he gave me was incorrect. Advised me also I would meet him. He would work 8 to 5. Didn't happen. I have worked with Honda for over 18 plus years and it seems the more I recommend the more the service is disappointing. The policies and rules change then too say you were doing me a favor when I spent thousands and that's not an under statement with Honda. I am not going too say my experience has been great at all.
