Donna was amazing! :) We were going out of town the next day and were just in there for an oil change but forgot there was a bunch of things we needed to get done. Donna was very pleasant and helpful. However, I was not happy that I showed up at my app't time coming all the way from Smithfield to find out the part was not in stock. That forced me to leave the car overnight and then drive back over again the following day. Why would you schedule an app't and not check first to see if the part was available? That's not the way to do business.
