The service was fine. However, no one called us to say the van was ready for pick-up. We dropped off the van around 9:30 AM. I called about 4:10 PM and learned that it was ready.

Elysia did a great job. At almost 80,000 miles there were a lot of items to take care of. Elysia arranged a loaner car so I didn't have to spend most of a day waiting at the dealership. Elysia did a great job keeping me informed. The Priority service techs did a great job & got everything done sooner than I expected! I'd rate Elysia & the entire service experience 10 out of 10!
