The Service Manager and Service Writer, Bethany, were exceptional. As a new Priority customer, they made sure I was welcomed, listened to my vehicle concerns, and ran down a list of potential problems, discussing their mechanical likelihood and repair rationale at every decision point. I will BUY from Priority Honda when my 2014 Honda Pilot retires BECAUSE of the genuine concern given by these two superior professionals for the safety of my Family. Thank you very much!

The service tech james comey was ver friendly and professional. My problem is an incorrect answer to my initial appointment service request which was for a trans fluid flush. What i got was a fluid change with no filter change. James asked two mechanics about my external filter question and they both gave hin/me an incorrect answer that there was no external atf filter. I did not want to argue but i did not get what i asked for today. You have a training/quality issue
