Personnel was nice but had to wait almost 3 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and state inspection. There was a mix up with paperwork and we got the car back with no inspection sticker. I had to drive back again to get it on Monday. Mondays service was great and quick.

Ms Potter was the best! She got the work done. I’d asked about the steering wheel for at least 3 years at Priority and was told nothing was wrong if there wasn’t a light on the dash. Finally my daughter said she wasn’t going to drive the Civic anymore because of the faulty steering wheel. It was a huge safety issue and it could have ended in an accident.

Elysia is an absolute professional. She diagnosed the problem immediately and kept me informed regularly as to the status of the repair. The technician took the time to do a test drive and found other problems which prevented me from wasting my time picking up the vehicle and returning it to you. I do wish you had a detailer on site to clean my car when it’s in for service. I also wish your courtesy vehicle went as far as my house or a loaner car was provided. Also - My car inspection runs out in January and I will not need another service before then. I wish we both had thought to have that done while it was in the shop. Great experience overall!
