A “Platinum” experience on all fronts! The issue requiring service was immediately identified, an appointment scheduled and a loaner vehicle arranged. The service was estimated to require five days to accomplish, as the motor had to be removed from the car. I was quite surprised to be notified the service was completed in only two days. This also included a complete brake service that I requested be performed while the car was at the dealership. During this time period I was regularly updated on the status of the service. I cannot day enough about the high level of professional service provided by Marcus Fast and Porsche of Colorado Springs!
