The wait time was too long. I asked for a discount for the wait then I was sent from person to person with no avail. The staff I interacted with was friendly and nice, but no one took accountability for my problem.

I took my car in because I had a nail in the right passenger tire. I told my contact person that I had taken my car to Valvoline because the alert had come on the dashboard that my tire was low. The attendant at Valvoline was the one that told me that I had a nail in my tire and that it could be plugged. I had a 10:00 appointment. I was there but didn't pull into the garage until 10:15 because other cars were there. It took them from 10:15 till about 11:45 to tell me that the tire couldn't be plugged and that I needed to buy a new tire. That should not have taken that long you know if it can't be plugged right away so I feel like I was just sitting there for nothing. And, I probably would not have gotten out at that time but I had the lady sitting in the room where you pay your bill call to find out how long it would be.

When I picked up the truck the guy who brought it to me was not wearing a mask. How do I know he is COVID free? Were his hands clean, did he cough or sneeze in the truck. Please check with him and let me know. I do not want to be sick.
