I am appreciative of the hard work done on my vehicle and my overall problem is not necessarily in regards to the service department but my car has had more problems than any car I have driven in my adult life. I do not like that I spent money on a vehicle to have certain things available and now cannot use them without paying a lot of money and paying for a rental car so my car can be fixed. I know that Lee and the tech rebooted and tested things for 1.5 hours only to find out my issue isn't an easy fix. I appreciate their work.
