I waited 45 minutes for a tire rotation. When I asked when it would be completed, my car was pulled around in 5 minutes. I felt as though it was forgotten about. I was late for an appointment due to this. This is the first poor experience I've had at Cape in 4 years.

Tires were over inflated causing the vehicle to ride rough and jumpy. Need to reach someone senior at Toyota concerting the quality of the windshield...it’s very sensitive to any type of road debris and cracks too frequently.
