I had an appointment today at 7am. I didn’t leave until 1pm. I was very upset because of the wait!! That’s why I made an appointment!! Somebody drop the ball and that’s not ok!! Wake up and do the job you are getting paid to do!! I am a professional, I understand when things happen and get backed up sometime. This was six hours!! There was no excuse for what happened today. When I pay my money, I deserve better service!! How would you feel if you went some place for something and had to wait this long!!
