He went above and beyond by identifying and then putting me in touch with the right people to track down a complementary maintenance plan that I should've received when I bought my car from another Subaru dealership. Ronald has also helped with this in the past. Both of these guys have put me at ease coming to Kirby Subaru, and have kept me coming back. Thanks for all your help!

I made the recall appointment online for a drop off/"wait at the dealership" time. When I called to find out how long that would be, the representative said they needed it all day. I mentioned that that would not work for our family because we only had one car and needed to pick up our son from school, etc. The rep said, hmmm well, we do need it all day. I complained that the online service booking tool indicated it would just be drop off, and she said that was not correct. Finally I ask, well, do you have a loaner I could use? Yes, she responded.
My complaint is that had I not asked, that solution would not have been proposed! Glad I asked...
The rep didn't seem at all interested in helping me solve the problem of not having our car for use all day.
Thanks for asking! We were otherwise very satisfied with the service.

With every service I have ever gotten my car would always be washed and clean after the service. I don't know if Kirby doesn't do it but if they don't the. They should really think about it.
