After the headache of my vehicle being stolen and then recovered I was thankful for the help I received by Jessica throughout the repairs process. She was on top of keeping in communication with my insurance company and keeping me in the loop as well. My “promised” time on the paperwork given to me while I was waiting for the alarm to be installed wss 3:30 and my car wasn’t released to me until 4:15 .
The car drove fine home , but I just tried to drive it and was unable to because the car is locked ? It needs a code ? No one gave me a code . I looked at my paperwork that was given to me and no code was on it and the slip of numbers that was left inside my car doesn’t work either .

It took too long. I had to wait one week before I got the vehicle back. A similar situation occurred in May this year when other parts had to be replaced following an “emission systems problem” warning. This was the second such warning. I go to the dealership because I think you will have the parts and be able to diagnose the problem quickly.
