I took my car to have it checked and now it’s not even drivable. A spark plug was broken and fell into the cylinder head and somehow I’m responsible for the damage that was caused and now I have to pay thousands to have it repaired. I will never go back.

I experienced a bait and switch technique. Was told a certain amount last week to do my brakes and today the cost quoted was $350+ more. I would have at least appreciated a heads up of the worst case scenario- last week and not to just submit a few buttons for Honda to take my money after telling me a completely different price. Unfortunate that I’ve owned Hondas my entire life and have had great experiences aside from just dealerships. I believe I’ll just go back to Valvoline.
