I really enjoyed Ernesto Arellano’s manner of communicating with me about my Honda 2020 hybrid. I drive out from about 100 miles away, and I bought my car here. I almost always service it here as well, although the servicing is not always possible 100% of the time, in Vista. In any cE, he showed me a photo of my engine air filter, and I could then decide, “Hmmmm… is that dirty enough?” (I mean, dirty enough to need replacing!)
