As a Senior person, I have been to many dealerships in my lifetime, but I’ve never been to one like Norm Reeves Honda where each person I dealt with was as friendly, efficient, & helpful. The fact that they offer Lyft was so very helpful & I’m very grateful. The employees took the time to answer all my questions & even educated me re: my vehicle. Jessica was really friendly and attentive. It was my first time going in for service and a flat tire. She made the process enjoyable and stress free. Aside from also helping me, I stayed a while and as I waited inside I also saw her interactions with others and I got to say that she definitely stands out! She treats everyone that comes inside with respect and makes sure everyone is acknowledged. I can say that her colleagues have a lot to learn from her.
This is one of the first times that I write down someone's name down because I look forward to being helped by her whenever I come back for routine services.

My Service Advisor Jessica did a great job. However the time quoted was 2 1/2 to 3 hours and it took 4. When I arrived back at the dealership it still was not complete. I was late to my job.

One minor issue was that I was given the incorrect multiple-point vehicle inspection checklist. The one given to me was for a “Jacinta Catipon”. Their VIN, mileage, RO number, etc. is their. I might need to go back to receive the correct checklist, if possible
