I appreciate the speedy check in as well as how quick the service was completed. I was unhappy that my windows were opened including the moonroof in the pouring rain. I was notified that my windows were open as I got into my car to leave it wasn’t not wet in the front driver/passenger side. I went straight to pick up my son from school and when I opened the passenger slider, I discovered everything was wet in the middle seats and his car seat was soaked.

We are satisfied with the end result of the recall work. However, when making the 11:15 am recall appointment, the scheduling agent told us the work would take 45 mins to 1 hr. When we brought the car in, the service agent told us it would take 2-3 hrs due to a busy schedule. He also offered to drive us home via courtesy car. It would have been nice to give us a heads up when we talked to the scheduling agent that we needed to prepare for the wait. Other than that, your service was excellent!!
